above is the painting titled The Scream by E. Munch c.1893 which is how I feel when feeling panicked with Agoraphobia.
“Sudden Onset, Traumatic, Nervous System Disturbances”. e.g. Agoraphobia, Panic attacks etc. It’s past time for all to who care, to join together & to learn about what we can do, to be able to get a rational hold, on that which seems to be holding millions of suffering people hostage, in their own homes.
Panic attacks are one of the most debilitating conditions on this planet & are very real & devastating for a great number of people, whether you recognize it or not & those suffering with it need a lot of love, patience & understanding, from family, friends & others.
If you have never suffered a horrific, mind blowing, thought debilitating, life changing, panic attack, please do not be quick to place judgement on any who say that they are suffering from this horrific debilitating condition, as it is not just about an ungodly irrational fear of imminent death, but is a complete mind bending fear that no one ever planned, or asked for & that no one should ever suffer from, but be assured that this can attack anyone, anywhere, at any time, without warning & is not something to just dismiss as a choice to stay home, as it’s not a choice that anyone would ever make.
A great number of people suffering with this have also unfortunately found out, with many more discovering daily, what feeling completely rejected & alone also feels like, due to this condition, just because it cannot be understood by society, family, friends or even the one’s suffering from it, which again, could become you at any moment, so do not abandon those suffering from & battling this unknown, unprovoked irrational ungodly fear, but please spend a small amount of time looking into Agoraphobia & panic attacks & be assured you do not have to understand it, to be able to show some love & compassion & if you can go deeper, then maybe you can even help a sufferer to understand what can be done to work on this & bring a glimmer of hope back into a life.
So we are working to bring this horrific condition into the public’s eye, worldwide, to be able to educate the world, on one of its hidden tragedies, so that we can unite the millions who are suffering so deeply & so alone, with those who care enough to share some support & love. This is a Very Real, Very Debilitating, very horrific, very scary & very lonely condition, that 100 million plus are being terrorized & tortured by & everyone who has access to the internet, has the power to help some of them, through part of their horrific ordeal, with just 5 minutes of your days, to provide some hope to someone who feels hopeless. You could chat with them & let them know that they do matter & someone does care about them & then if you really want to do something, study & learn a little about what their dealing with & what others do to combat it & become a beacon of hope & befriend them, as many have been shunned by family & friends, due to a lack of knowledge of their unsolicited fearful isolation.
For many this Traumatic Disturbance in the Nervous System, comes from an unneeded Adrenaline rush from a perceived threat, caused by a misinterpreted threat in the nervous system, starting a miscalculated fight/ flight responses, which brings many unwarranted physiological distress symptoms, seemingly out of nowhere, such as rapid heart rate, trouble breathing, vertigo, shaking, sweating, head pain etal., which causes the mind to start a barrage of horrific thoughts, as it has no idea where the threat, that triggered the alarm, that triggered these feelings actually is & so the mind sticks the person in a frozen fear mode, to protect them from something that is not there & all they feel is that something is very seriously wrong with them?
106A. “Sudden Onset Traumatic Nervous Disturbances” e.g. Panic Disorder/ Agoraphobia. What are they? What can you do to help?
PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE & LOOK IT UP, look up Agoraphobia & panic attack groups on Facebook & read about what some of these once “normal” existences are battling, as those with PD, are no different than any others, outside of shattered hopes & dreams, as they are held prisoner by this anticipatory fear of fear, which they feel has destroyed all hope & reasons for being. These sufferers are not crazy, not sick, not contagious, they are normal individuals with an horrendous fear attacking them, that is as real, as anything can possibly be, but freedom from this disorder is possible, through caring, exposure, education, understanding, belief, patience, time & a lot of work, which we are going to ask many to help with, so please join in & become a part of the caring & healing process & follow along on our path to freedom.
